This web site

I was just on another web site that the subject was brought up about geocities.com well this site is on geocities service and as of October they are shutting down the free website . I will try to get a hold of host of this site and see is he has arranged to move this fan forum or we will have none as of Oct 26th.

The home page is geocities, but the message board seems to be niceboard so not sure if they are the same host service will find our as soon as I can!!!

Ugens, you are correct that geocities is shutting down as of 1026, but searching around the internet, it doesn't appear niceboard is going anywhere. The message board should be safe. Lets hope so!!

I suggest to bookmark the message board home page itself. It works every time time. Perhaps some emails could get sent out to remind anyone who doesn't check messages frequently on here.

I only have moderator status I have no access to eveyones emails or I would send them a note to book mark this page . I hope all who come here see this before Monday. Thanks for checking it out for me OGF!!! I can always count on you !!!

The best I can do is put the web site of the message board in my signature on here as well as the Noof. Maybe more of you can add this site to your signature as well if your on the Noof so Gens fans will find the site!!!

I was referring to the email list you have for the Booster Bus members. It might not be everyone, but it would be quite a few.

Maybe someone could convince the Gens to at least mention it with the address, if not put a perm link to it on their website? Anyone have any pull?

if anyone goes to google, and searches for the generals message board it directs them straight here

my guess would be that anyone who wants to find it will have no problem finding it
