Actually, I don't think we played 55 minutes of good hockey....my comment had nothing to do with your thoughts.

Wasn't saying they played great. All the penalties prove that. But they had Barrie basically shut down till the last few min. If the rest of the series playes out like game 1 (hopefully we take a lot less penalties) the boys will come out on top. We play a bigger, more hard hitting game and will wear them out. Having the lead that long and losing at the end definately stings tho. Hope it doesn't affect them too much for game 2.

That was a tough night for the boys.
It is now up to DJ to get these guys ready for game 2. Momentum is with Barrie now. They know they were beat, and know the gens will be looking for avengence tomorrow night. That emotion will be a hard aspect to balance for DJ.
DIRTY GOALS COUNT TOO!!!!! That is how Barrie tied it up and forced overtime. A great save by Danny, the rebound , right on the tape of a Colt and off we go to overtime.
I don't want to get down on our boys. I just want to see the game like last night, but finish the last 4 minutes and stop making games hard on themesleves. When in doubt..get it out!!!!!!! PLEASE!
