NHL Draft Rankings Empty NHL Draft Rankings

Post by Macker88 Wed Jan 15, 2014 9:45 pm

Michael Dal Colle is ranked 5th among North American Skaters, behind Sam Bennett of Kingston, Aaron Ekblad of Barrie, Leon Draisaitl of Prince Albert and Sam Reinhart of Kootenay. 6 OHL players rank in the top 10 with Nick Ritchie, Brandon Perlini and Anthony DeAngelo rounding out the top 10.

Other Generals Ranker are,
Jacob Busch #120
Hunter Smith #140
Josh Sterk #195
Ken Appleby #30 (Goalies are separately ranked)

Michael Turner #121 (Turner is a 7th Round pick, 138th Overall of the Generals in 2012) He attends Cushing Academy. Which is a High School Program in Massachusetts. He's likely going the NCAA route, however he is currently not committed to any NCAA Program.

There was 211 Draft Picks last season, this year with New Jersey forfeiting their 1st round pick from NHL's penalty for the Illya Kovalchuk deal, their will be one less. Look for both Busch and Turner to be drafted in the 6th or 7th round, while I believe Hunter Smith and Josh Sterk will likely receive NHL training camp invites.

If your wondering about Jeremy Brodeur's draft status he is a late October 1996 birthday, so next season will be his draft year. He currently has a 2.28 GAA and a 0.912 Save % in 13 Games with Shattuck St.Mary's.
