Clinch a spot ?

Well can we do it tonight it would be sweet   with the Ottawa lost tonight, so with a win today the Generals would clinch a playoff spot. Would be nice to do against the hated Petes

I think we can clinch 7th today.

The Generals have officially clinched a playoff spot after Sunday nights game. It will be interesting to see how the rest of the season turns out.

It was a great all round game by the team, AWESOME goaltending by Appleby too. Great win and now lets shoot for 1st in the east.

I noticed today that Niagara also can't pass us in the standings ( they can't end the season with more Wins then us so we win the tie breaker). So Gens are top 6. Would have been a hard sell at the start of the season to say we'd have locked up 6th already. Most didn't see us doing better then a final playoff spot.

thats all true , the gens have really surpassed all expectations this year , a nice break for us all !
