ASHLAND, Wis. (AP)—Northland goalie Daniel McIntosh made an NCAA Division III-record 95 saves in a 4-0 loss to Adrian on Friday night.
McIntosh broke the mark of 77 set by John Herud for Nichols against Maine in 1973.
Adam Krug scored twice for Adrian (16-1-1, 14-0-0) in the Midwest Collegiate Hockey Association game. Northland (1-17-0, 1-12-0) had 11 shots on goal.
