.390 and 299

So we end the year with a .390 winning percentage and 299 goals against which is the highest in the entire league. Isn't that a wonderful stat to have on your resume. And keep in mind that this was all done by playing in the Eastern Conference which had the weakest teams I have seen in my memory.
Congratulations on a very successful year and going out with a bang on the last game of the year which is eerily similar to how they went out in a final playoff game against Belleville two years ago under the same leadership.

Here Here , my sentiments

It's an awesum batting average ... but that is about all! Goal scoring can be tricky ... but defensive coverage (gaa) can be played by any team that wants to with the right systems, work ethic, and team chemistry.

Who stepped up tonight and said look at me , give me another shot next year. Hayes did , and the Carelton hockey team will be pleased to get him . Back when I played , we played every shift like it was our last .

Now tell me was Jeff one of the guys that Dips brought in - or was he one of those '4th liners' that was handed to him?

Realistically this season would have been awful to watch without him and Thomas.

Kinda wish we had a team filled with Hayes,Thomas and Berger, they gave all they had all year long,To Hayes Thanks for doing what you did for the team you were a great leader and a great captian,Thomas I can't wait till next season oh so close to 50 goals on a team that was below 500. Berger I do wish your choice is to come back as an OA but you deserve to move up, it was a pleasure to watch you during your stay in the Shwa,if the next level what ever it is do want your services there is a spot on the Gen's waiting for you. and Jenner there was a lot of growing pains that you have done as a 16 year old living away from your family and being put in all situation this season which will only help you develope for the seasons to come,and to the rest of the team to the ones that are not returning for what ever reason thanks for doing Oshawa proud and good luck in the future, but don't forget you time here and the ones returning next season
take this season as a learning year to know what has to be done next season.
