Gens still get no respect

Well all anyone talks about is Erie or the Soo - even London but not the Gennies

I do not like Sportsnet games but we have had no exposure nation wide - seeing our ranking is # 1 for how many weeks ???

Hopefully we can finish the season at the top and carry on to the finish with 16 WINS

Can anyone explain our lack of respect or does it matter

All I can say to all of u GENS fans - get out and show your support to our GENS - you may never see a GENS team with this much talent for years

I personally don't like attending televised Gens game on Sportnet but they did say that there will be @ playoff time.

I'm guessing it's cause we don't have any "big names" on the team. Erie has Mcdavid who's the spotlight of the league right now. London is London......... And the Soo has Nurse (team canada). Had Dal Colle made team Canada and did well, we probably would have had some games televised. Our team is the best all around, but we don't have that "impact" player they like to televise

Heard a DJ interview earlier in the week and he says Dal Colle & Appleby are playing this weekend didn't mention anything about Wallace but I'm assuming he is also.

I stopped in to pick up some jerseys on Tuesday as the boys began practice. Appleby and Brodeur were the only goalies on the ice. Hopefully that's good news.

I don't mind being under the radar , less pressure on the boys and adds motivation ,
