Can't imagine the heartbreak right now.............You're a gold-medal winner in my book.
Come on home, head held high.

Don't Forget Jenner. There is no shame in what either of these young men accomplished and I am extremely proud of both of them.

Re: Calvin deHaan
I can't wait until Friday night to stand and applaud their accomplishments. Unfortunately Canadian hockey is at such a high standard that anything but gold doesn't seem good enough.
Not in my book.
Glad to have them back in a Generals uniform though.

Re: Calvin deHaan
Both games in OT - that's as evenly matched as you get. Very little to separate both sides, both teams deserve lots of praise. For the US to play that well in hostile territory, full marks for the gold medal performance.
The high level of competition will probably raise Calvin's game heading into the home stretch and this will be even more true with Jenner because he's so young. It's tough to miss these players for a few games but the reward is well worth it in the end.

Re: Calvin deHaan
Considering they won five Gold in a row, I was wondering has anybody ever won six in a row of anything?

CALVIN vs. KINGSTON
Calvin played one of his best games this season IMO. Rushes, Slap shots (2) from the point, and the Shootout goal, and several assists. He's back!!!!! Thank you Calvin.
