Gens vs Greyhounds - Tonight

Then it's off to Ottawa - then a day off and Ottawa here Sunday 7 P M - Sportsnet - lets fill the place

My big ? is what team will show up tonight - hopefully the hard working lunch bucket team we saw Sunday vs Saginaw

This team only suceeds when every one is busting their BUTT - & with all of the injuries come opportunities

Yes Zador played well Sunday - the one improvement I saw was he was covering every puck in his crease

However 1 area still to improve is rebounds - luckily on Sunday they missed 3 or 4 wide open nets

I think we should not play Zador tonight..... i know, i know go with the hot hand right? the goalies have not been great with repeat performances this year, my thoughts here is that

1) Bailie plays like hell to show he is as good as Zador
2) Zador is extra hungry to play tomorrow

1 win doesn't make a goalie are go to guy.....

who knows guess we'll see what happens there

hopefully everyone comes out with a lets win this thing attitude..... and not a feel sorry for us cause we're hurting sort of attitude

Loved the goal by Hayes in the shootout!

The last 2 games was true old time GENS lunch bucket hockey

I love it - Great wins - WORK hard good things happen

As a fan what you want to see is your team win - if not work

hard - now with extra bodies - ice time is earned and I like it

All 3 shoot out goals were great - Hayes was real slow motion

That was quite the creativity in the shootout for a team that needs to give up one goal or less lately to get the win. Keeping games low-scoring will be really important down the stretch. This makes goaltending so important although the goalie's job has been made easier with the quality defensive play that we've seen.

That goal by Hayes kinda stunned me but I like the outcome.
