Why a move needed to be made now

An interesting stat I heard last week that in the NHL at the end of Nov - 80 % of the time if you were in a playoff position you would be their in April.

I am sure that is not that far off in the OHL as well - with 9 teams right now in a playoff posibility 1 team will miss and we have lost to Sudbury and Belleville twice so we need to solidify our position and make the playoff run that our players and team believe - BUT you only get their with hard work and playing as a team

Failing to make the playoffs this year would have be a disaster.

lets hope for better things , because this has been depressing !!!! really glad mr Rosso didn't wait any longer !

Ownership's 'hope' turned in 'change.'
This may embolden the effort of the squad. It will depend how different or complex the new 'systems' will be. With 40 games left there is pleanty of time. They players are young so it is difficult to anticipate their exact reaction. They should have 'training camp' energy and enthusiasm for sure.
I think it will be a breath of fresh air for the troops.
