Round 1 Playoff Schedule
Why haven't the Gens announced dates for the first two games, you would think it would increase ticket sales by alot if they did so now.
Assuming playoff series aren't allowed to start until the 21st, and even if you could do the 20th why would the Gens want to.
The GMC is booked Thursday and Saturday plus the Gens home nights are Fridays and Sundays.
The games are also 2 2 1 1 1 format this year.
The Gens home games pretty much have to be the 22nd an 24th. I really don't see why it would be any other way.

Re: Round 1 Playoff Schedule
I am pretty sure the two playoff teams agree on a schedule then send it to the league for approval. So its pretty hard to announce the first two games when our opponent isnt for sure, although i cant see oshawa playing anyone but the icedogs.

We could also play Brampton Battalion..
[/quote] Not in the first round, brampton is in fourth with 71pts and niagara is in 6th spot with 64 points and both have three games left. So brampton can not fall below 5th place.
