Rogers TV internet streaming question.

So I have a question.
Has anyone successfully streamed an Oshawa Generals game free online via rogerstv.com?
rogerstv.com offers live streaming of channel 10 on there website, free for rogers customers, so you can watch rogers cable 10 from anywhere you are.
Tried on thursday with no success to watch the game, however I am able to watch live programming any other time i sign in.
I was thinking maybe they black out the games so that you have to pay the ppv fee on the OHL website. I have messaged rogerstv and am awaiting comment, and will post the answer if I get one.
In the mean time has anyone got any info on this?
