Has anyone heard anything about Valentine? Did the Gens appeal the Match penalty? I believe a match automatically carries a two game suspension and a review.

I believe its automatically reviewd. So from there until the review is completed can you even appeal it? I don't see it as a big enough deal to apeal if its only two games. Its not like we don't have 500 defencemen lol.

ohl website seems slow lately in posting news in the media notes section. they still havent posted the petes trade for O Hagan yet

OHL web site Media Notes are updated and Valentine name is not on it,hopefully they saw the tape and made there dission that it wasn't a slu foot which I never thought it was in the 1st place.

Thats good news that he is not on the suspension list. I agree it was not a slew foot and the match penalty call should be reversed. Looks like the league got it right on this call

On the topic of Valentine, is it just me or is he playing less physical than last year and playing the style of an offensive Dman?

I think the whole team is not physical enough, we need way more checking

Valentine did indeed get one game suspension. So he will miss the London game

The TV anouncer said on tonights game Valentine got a game suspension for the slou foot.funny it wasn't on the OHL media notes,but it will be there more than likely next week

ya i heard and i even checked the ohl site today it wasn't on there lol.
