This weekend at GMC?

can someone explain to me exactly what the even going down at the GMC this weekend is?
I know that its three days and that there are multiple scrimmages/games and on ice work outs.
Does this have to do with the OHL draft? By which I mean are they kids participating prospects at this years draft? Apparently the event is held in several locations throughout ontario? I'm not even sure its open to the public.
