Re: Gens @ Plymouth
I just have to say that I listened to alot of OHL radio broadcasts while living in Sudbury. Rob Snoek does a great job. Good radio. Awesome effort from the team coming back from 4-0. They showed alot of character tonight. Well done men.

Well the lads did themselves proud for this weekend wow, to come back from being down 4-0 to force OT is pretty darn cool. To Bad the wrong brown scored lol.

I think Boone's play in the first two games is enough to shut up some of his critics.

Re: Gens @ Plymouth
Getting 3 points this weekend is excellent! Quite a remarkable feat to get a point out of this one tonight considering it was still 4-0 Plymouth even with 5 minutes to go in the 2nd period. The Gens outscored their opponents 9-3 in the 2nd and 3rd periods this weekend. Bring on the Petes Friday night!

Re: Gens @ Plymouth
i don't think any one other then a die hard fan would have dared predict the gens come away with any points this weekend.... the media has been pretty hard on the team..... its actually funny.... cause i thought we'd have less goals for and less goals against..... hopefully the offence continues and the defence picks it up a little
didn't catch the game who played goal and how was the new kid?
way to go boys 3 points is amazing!

It was confusing at times listening on the radio with a Brown and a Jenner on both teams, especially when they were checking each other at one point

That's exactly what I thought. I figured they have to score first and play solid D and if they fall behind by two or more, they're done. They've now come back from two goals down twice (or three times if you consider a four-goal deficit as two mini-comebacks). I'm happy to have been proven wrong, at least for the first two games.

That...and the fact that there are two players named Tyler Brown on the Whalers. Tyler G and Tyler J.

DiPiero is an offensive minded coach. This was the case with his St. Michael's Buzzers team, and his playing days. I'm glad we have a good young core of defence to help.

Re: Gens @ Plymouth
When I saw DiPiero coach @ St. Michael's he had a well balanced teams that worked hard, if I had to pick between deffensive or offensive coach I would say he was an deffensive coach, you might have him confussed with Sellwood which was a run and gun team, there was no defence all offense.
