The Barrie Colts (42-7-0-2) Feb 7, 2010
Barrie is top of the conference standings and in the playoffs, we sit in 7th 8th spot with Sudbury. We need 100% for the boys today. I guess we are lucky Niagara and Belleville are 5 and 8 points back in the standings.
Beat Barrie today and it will be a good start to the playoff race. We could meet them in the first round.

If we meet this team in the first round I only have to buy two tickets.

Curious to how Pawlacyk's face is after his fight with Clark. Clark destroyed him!

I for one was not expecting to beat Barrie yesterday afternoon. But it was a much better effort by the team in whole. Still had some mental breakdowns...but the intensity seemed more consistent yesterday...especially after the lousy Petes game.
Wonder if that is why, Brown, Padulo and Stokes were scratches and why the coach benched Dehart for the full 2nd and 3rd period yesterday?

I thought the boys played well this game, except for the last part of the first period. The score was much better than I would have guessed before the game.

Lets hope we have at least 6 more talented skilled forwards
if not they will be that's why they are here
Barrie could have won by a higher score but let off the pedal a bit thankfully or the place would have been empty

You really think Barrie let up. I don't at all.
Seems the lines Dips went with for the first 10 minutes or so was doing a good job. Then he changed them up and all hell broke loose. After the 4 goals he went back to the lines at the beginning of the game and we kept them off the scoreboard.
If our guys played 60 minutes of solid hockey and Zador was as good in the first period as he was in the second and third, the outcome could have been different.,
Maybe Dips should bench Jenner like he did with DeHart. Sends a clear message. Lets see how Tony reacts in Niagara on Thursday.
