Dips Stays

So Rocco comes out and gives the big vote of confidence in his coaching staff. Wow I didn't see that coming. The problem that I have with Dips is he has no as to how to coach and develop young players. He never has any set lines put together and always panics in third period then just rolls 2 lines while or competition rolls 4 lines. We get tired and lose the game. How do you develop young players when all they get is 5 or 6 shifts a game. As a GM he trades away draft picks for players who are not going to report. Wow and you decide to keep him. I do think that Boone Jenner was a nice pick up but I do see a problem developing with him he is getting way too much ice time similar to the way JT was treated. These players tire out near the end of the game. Its almost like Boone tells Dips how much he is going to play. It should be the other way around. The real problem for our future is this is a big draft for us but I feart that if Dips is in control we may end up with guys who don't report to camp thus wasting more picks. So Rocco I plead with you to make a change now or we could be in trouble for a long time.
