I thought of Tugnutt as well when I saw the name and the height.

Outside of Tugwell they're certainly grabbing big guys.

Nice to see different articles on Laughton all mention a great ability to win faceoffs at clutch times. Last year, he won honours as the top forward and the MVP of the Bantam AAA Championship for all of Ontario. Nice!

Well the Gen's draft is over,we selected
7 forwards, 6 d-man and 2 D.how do you think the Gens brass did,do you think some picks were influnaced by Debour and Graves. I think of one comes to mind and it's our 2nd pick Mark Petaccio he wasn't even listed in the priority draft media guide also is there any player that the Gen's took a flyer on like last draft

Kitchener took Tugnut's son in the 14th rd. We took a Tugwell did we make a mistake in names ? Kidding just Kidding!!!

I'm guessing but I would say Stephen Sheer from N.J.Avalanche, at 9, Zack Stephan from Shattuck St. Marys at 11, Thomas DiPauli, Chicago Mission at 13 and Chris Carlisle from NYC at 15 would all be "flyers". They are either "flyers" or the Gens scouting has been extensive in the north-eastern U.S.! Might just as well in those rounds as things are pretty well scooped out locally by then!
