Gens goalie situation

As I see it - Way too much panic over our goalies - give them a break - you don't change a player at any position unless you are improving.

The goalie from the Petes has never impressed me and not the new coaching group up in Petes land - I wish him well but not here - the only way is if

we had an injury situation and we don't - so move on as far as other goalies being released from other bottom place teams - no thanks

Some of you still don't get it - when our defensive systems improve - so will our goalies -Our goalies could thank their forwards for not back checking and giving up

too many 3 on 1 - 2 on 1 -and the Defense for not clearing loose pucks in front of the net - too many undiscliplined penalties due to inexperience, youth and lack of talent

and frustration.

Talent has improved 10 fold - but inexperience and dicipline will take time

Don't be suprised if Zador is player of the week leading the Gens

the petes goalie is an overager as well, so he might not be a smart option if next year is going to be our year, but at least he has playoff experience, which im fully expecting us to make the playoffs this year, correct me if im wrong but i dont think our tandem has any ohl playoff experience

Missaen was not offered a contract after being drafted by the Canadiens and was an early cut from the Columbus camp (not good enough for their minor system!). Even the big Finnish goale (Petteri Simila) who was in Niagara last year was brought back to the Habs camp this year! I don't think Missaen is a good addition to a young re-building team.

And zador is? He is an oa next year and we wont have room anyways. Assumin in a competitive year we want three great oas. I agree missaen is not worth trading for, but if u can get him free, competition is good! We need a goalie for next year though i agree.

what bout micheal hutchinson from the london knights could be available when he comes from nhl camp.

ohl website states that the gens are the first team in ohl history to have 2 1st round draft picked goalies on the same team, haha and we all tossin them off the boat

he is signed by Boston and should be assigned to Providence
