Message to all Gens fans - NOT at the GMC on game night

We all knew that fan interest would drop off when a team graduates as many top players as the GENS did last year - Jenner ,Lessio , Biggs, Sabourin , Petgrave , Schemitsch

We all were thinking rebuild and many were suggesting trade for the future - well the trade we made has helped us now (Josh Sterk) and now the feeling is who knows we could challenge and be as good or better than last year - a top overager on Defense would help - but team defense is GREAT

We are now tied at the top of the OHL with 19 points - beating London and the Soo in a shootout last night very entertaining game

This is Scott Laughton's team and he is a GREAT leader and playing at the top of his game  and every time he has the puck something special happens , Cole Cassels is much improved and M Dal Colle is dynamite.

Last year we had crowds of 5,000 plus on many nights - let me now warn you to get your tickets early as interest is building as this is one hard working , special group that doesn't take a shift off and the group reminds me of GENS teams of the past when we went over 25 years of over .500 winning record a - CHL record - due to Great team management and coaching and hard working players  - like this team

The next 2 weekends - Sat Oct 26 - Missy - Sun Oct 27 - Niagara then Sat Nov 2 Kingston - Sun Nov 3 - Petes

With the talent and hard work  and excellent coaching the sky is the limit
