WE NEED LAUGHTON BACK!!!!

Thank god the wasteful WJHC are over tommorrow and we will get laughton back, cause we need it!!!!

Yes, having Laughton back would certainly help, but the Gens cannot be a one man team. For me, the results of the last 2-3 weeks just proves that we do not have the goal scoring to be a playoff contender and that we should sell and go for it next year. As for Cassels, sometimes he forgets why he was drafted where he was and is here to produce points, not try to be a tough guy!

leadership !!! LAUGHTON brings leadership and confidence to our team , its unfortunate that Cassels wasn't able to step up and provide that leadership while Laughton was away , some guys despite being good players just don't have the sand to pick the rest of the team up ! we definitely need to make some additions to this team , THIS YEAR , while we have a shot .

Jaycro , next year is a whole year away and anything can happen , injuries , draft etc ,what other teams are doing ? there is absolutely no reason to think we would have a better shot NEXT YEAR
we are still in first place , SUDBURY btw is playing wayyy over their heads right now , riding a very hot goalie .

I'm now quite confident that our Gm will make some additions that will help provided Laughton gets back healthy .

btw defense wins championships , we have the 2nd best team defence in the league , plug LAUGHTON and DELCOLLE in there , anything can happen , all i know for sure is we haven't been this close in a very long time !!!

Lets also remember Sudbury only lost Kauhn to Germany at the WJC. We lost arguably the best player in the OHL, along with 2 parts of our first PP unit which including Laughton would be 3 parts. Harding an Vande Sompel

Sudbury's best players where around throughout the WJC & U-17. They beat up on teams without their best players an OHL bottom feeders. Barrie lost their number 1 D but that's an area of strength for them an their 17 year old Kreis plays sparingly at best. We lost the most other then London during the Christmas break.
