Friday night's hits by Ritchie and Spencer

Well the Petes were informed this morning by the  OHL that the hits  by  Ritchie and Spencer were OK  no suspensions issued

Now we wait for the Slewfoot and Butt ending ????

Really surprised about the Ritchie hit. I've seen hits that haven't been as bad as that result in suspensions. It was just the was that his arm led his head into the boards. Very surprised with that one. I honestly didn't get a good look at the hit on MVS.

Josh ho-sang just got 15 games for pushing a player. Ritchie jumps with a head shot from behind and that's fine. With that said. 15 games for a push, Laughtons gotta get a season for the butt end..... Using branch logic

I agree LX, Ritchie's hit was a 10 gamer in any Junior or professional league. In the OHL it should be 20 since branch just like to toss around numbers like that. All seriousness though that hit was a complete head target, complete intent to injure. He jumped he came from his blind side it was just in every way possible a suspend able infraction. Complete joke. If I hear Laughton gets 10 games now and Ritchie got nothing I've lost all faith in the OHLs disciplinary system
