This game will be a good test to see how the boys play during the World Juniors, and without deHaan. It's good we have extra defenders on the roster to fill in. We played well last time in Brampton. Let's keep it up Very Happy

Coming from two goals down in the third, killing off a penalty in OT to win the game in a shootout.

With all of these OT/shootout games, this team won't be nervous at all if they have to go to OT late in the season or in the playoffs. No drama, it will all be routine.

Well not a great game played by the boys.Great kill by them in O.T. Thanks to the refs, who made a mistake.Brampton should have had a 5 on 3 in O.T. Good to see them come back after being down by 2 early in the third. Jenner sure looks composed during the shootout. A win is a win we will take it. Keep the streak going boys.At some point some on here have to give dipps some credit. The coaching staff put in a good system, and the team bought into it.

Apparently it wasn't supposed to be a two-man advantage. The second penalty was actually a misconduct. The screw-up was that there isn't supposed to be a delayed penalty on a misconduct.

I spoke with Rob Kitamura after the game. He felt that the referee intended to call a minor penalty on the play but then called only a 10 minute misconduct. In that case, there shouldn't have been a dalyed penalty. Stan Butler would have been justified in being ticked off at the end of the game.

Bailie played well in net this game. He held the fort in overtime killing the penalty. I like how the guys bounced back after giving up two early goals in the third. Hayes's goal was a perfect top corner wrist shot. I thought that Hayes, Jenner, Esposto and Berger had good shifts during the game. We are going to miss Berger while he is playing for Switzerland at the World Juniors. Good luck to him and deHaan.

That needs to be reviewed. I think both benches have a right to be upset.

That's even worse if it's true. An accidental mistake is one thing but you can't change your mind! That's awful.

Out of curosity who is Rob Kitamura . He doesn't seem to be listed as a league official so who is he? What makes him an authority on the rules?

wow i was so confused.... I thought maybe I was over looking a rule....both teams are going to be upset here, one team feels they should have gotten a penalty called, the other team was upset cause of the delayed penalty.....

so close to being screwed out of a point again..... what would they have done if there was a goal scored during the delayed penalty

wow!

either way impressed with our little streak....
