Tough Guy? Empty Tough Guy?

Post by jaycro Mon Sep 06, 2010 2:58 pm

I think Terreri was supposedly our "tough guy" along with lightweight Emerson Clark last year. If Terreri is gone as rumoured who could be this year's version. I like Clark's enthusiasm and energy but he is not a legitimate heavyweight and can't really handle the big guys, much like Taylor. Every team seems to have one. How about Conor Stokes, except he seems injury prone and is a "91, meaning this is his last year. Valentine can hold his own but the Gens need him on the ice. Any thoughts on holdovers or new guys who might grow into it. It would be nice if this person could also score the occasional goal and add 30-40 points as well!

Every time Terrari got into a fight he was out. He has a glass jaw.

\mark Petaccio is suppose to be a tough guy and is not aftaid of getting into fights. Will have to see what happens.

If we are looking for a tough guy.... how about O'Neill from Brampton. He is one tough cookie. We could maybe package a few of our 91's for him.
This way, Clark won't have to be embarrassed by him anymore.
