GENS goalies
When I first heard that we had Ron Tugnutt as our goalie coach
I was expecting more improvement from 1 or both of our goalies
I have NOT seen so far - Baille has improved somewhat
Your thoughts

Re: GENS goalies
I agree. Right now our team formula is similar to the Leafs. Out shoot the other team but ultimately lose more often than not due to a lack of ability to put the puck in the net (snipers) and average goaltending.
Bailie has the ability to steal a game (Windsor) but has not been consistent.

Does Ron qualify for an overager?

Zador is unpredictable.
Ron has worked wonders with Bailie and the team has given him confidence. Zador needs to go back to the basics. If a goalie sees the puck he should make the save. Defense can only do so much, Zador makes huge rebounds. Bailie has shown he wants to play. We cannot survive on 1 goaltender.

Re: GENS goalies
If you want a top goalie look to that Campbell kid with the Americans who will play in Windsor next year. Our goalies are inconsistent but they aren't the only concern. Ps: Dehaan didn't lose the gold medal game. Take off the blinders.

Re: GENS goalies
The topic is goalie improvement and coaching
Not our defense - we know we have 3 young 16 yr olds on D
and show great promise for the future
But I see too many stoppable shots missed by the puck stoppers
