Oshawa vs St Mike's game Feb 12th

I was contacted by the a chap from the St Mike's Majors, if you were thinking of going to that game on Feb 12, if you buy the ticket a head of time you will pay one price, but if you only buy it the day of the game you will pay $2 more .

That's a smart move that the Majors do. Because everybody knows the games don't even get close to selling out, they used to have virtually no advance sales so even if they had a good day at the box office (2500+), it would be with a huge walk-up crowd and it took forever to get in. This is the only way you could encourage people to buy tickets early.

The Gens don't have the same problem because even if the games aren't sold out, it's busy enough that buying early gets you a better seat.
