Our Motto for the year

PASSION.....BELIEF.......COMMITMENT.....EXCELLENCE............

It definitely looks like the guys didn't buy into this motto at all.

They lack PASSION, they do not BELIEVE, they are not into the COMMITMENT, and they definitely lack the EXCELLENCE to succeed.

Without all of the above a playoff spot does not look promising.............
There are only a few players who take this motto seriously and without the whole team buying into it things do not look promising for our Gens.

Coaching is ALL about improving the skill level and effectiveness of EVERY player throughout the year and building a cohesive competitive single unit. This coach has proven he can do neither. And their ain't a lot of highly drafter players breaking down the doors to be a part of his system - whatever that may be!
