Good effort today against a close checking team.
Nice work by Di Salvo.
A successful weekend despite the late night last night.

Re: gens vs battalion
Congratulations to Di Salvo on his shutout this afternoon! 5 game winning streak for the Gens! Nice to see the Gens win a close checking game. As they mentioned in the article on the game on the Gens website, 6 goals against in the last 4 games is great! Well done to the team.
Glad the Gens get a well deserved rest until Friday night when they are back at it in Kingston. Are things ever getting interesting now with the Gens just 3 points back of Ottawa and 4 behind Niagara...they've certainly closed the gap in a hurry! After Friday's game in Kingston, the Gens play 4 in a row at home...Ottawa's next 3 games are a western road trip (Windsor, Plymouth, Saginaw) so wouldn't it be nice for some western conference help there.
Keep up the great work Gens!
