Give the Petes lots of credit! None of the calls against them were just and the refs missed about 15 calls on the Gens. Of course I'm only going by what that Petes radio broadcast is telling me.

Let's keep the good times rolling with a Majors regulation win Sunday afternoon in Ottawa. After that game, the Gens and 67's don't play again until the showdown Friday night. By the time the regular season games are done, the Gens would need to beat the 67's outright on total points to take the division...if tied on total points, they'd lose the tiebreaker to Ottawa for having fewer wins. Should the Majors win tomorrow and the Gens win on Friday, you've got your tie at 88 points...then the battle would be on to see whether the Gens could get more points in their final 2 than Ottawa could get in their final game.

Strange game. I thought the Gens played in the first period, but then? It almost looked as if they turned it into a practice. They seemed to go through the motions and practice the breakout pass...alot of icings. The icings were not the pound the puck down the ice, but a missed breakaway pass. They quit skating. I hope it was the practice and not leaving the building after the first period. Don't get me wrong, they did what they had to do to win, but that was it. Here's to the ride the rest of the way.....

well ottawa lost in ot 2day 3-2 to the majors so the gens r 3 pts back now so it's a must win on this upcomming friday night.

The good news is just keep winning and the division is yours

Easier said than done - but I believe this group believes they can do it

It is always better to chase than be chased - more pressure on Ottawa

than the GENS -we go into Ottawa if we win great - But Ottawa after being

in 1st for most of the season and last year feel it is theirs.
