Awesome game boys, that was alot of fun,They stayed out of the box, they scored 7 goals and disalvo played awsome.Big ups to the D-men blocking shots tonight. What else is new as kingston tried to start up stupid stuff and i was wondering,is hitting after the whistle a kingston thing,is that what douggie preaches to them.Great job to the gens staying out of all that crap.GO GENS GO TOMMORROW IN KINGSTON,AS IM GOING TO CHEER OUR BOYS ON!!!

Great win! I was a little dissapointed that it was such a one sided game, the season series seemed to be a much better battle. That said thats no fault of the Gens the Frontenacs were just flat.
Great Effort boys keep it up as we go for a W tomorrow.

Re: Game 1 vs Kingston
Great to have the playoffs back!
By the time it was 4-0, 9 different Gens already had points. Nice to see the level of commitment...not only were the Gens blocking shots, but of all the teams who played tonight, the Gens have the least number of penalty minutes...definitely a few things that contribute to playoff success!
The fact that Kingston got a couple of goals towards the end...it was good that it didn't affect the outcome, but I think it will be a good teaching point.
A 2-0 series lead would be terrific coming back home, so let's hope the Gens get another win Friday night!

Re: Game 1 vs Kingston
Good win for the Gens, but it was closer than the score indicated, there was @ least 4 goals from shots that should of been routine stops, also Moon left the game again with that high ankle strain and is doubtful for the next game and with Werek being still out with 1 game left on his suspension it is looking good but I hope that the Gens don't take Kingston to lightly.

Re: Game 1 vs Kingston
No doubt if Kingston had better goaltending the result would have been closer.
The teams are not far apart.
I thought Jenner had a terrific game with Berger also working really hard. Nice to see those two bringing such energy to the game.
