I'm really surprised Scott Laughton was not at least named to the selection camp roster. He would be a great 4th line/13th forward energy guy. I think that suspension really hurt him. He'll be there next year though.

But like the previous poster said once Biggs an Uvira join Jenner at the World Jrs and Dal Colle leaves for the under 17s this teams gonna have some big holes. We need to make moves to stay in the top 4 of the Eastern conference.

dal colle wont be gone long. the U17 tournie is only what, 4-5 days over xmas i think

I realize we are gonna lose those guys too,but at least we have somebody to stay back and play on the top lines. Wow now if u look at those injuries to lessio and pettgrave they look even worse now then they did before.It would be sweet if one of these guys could come back soon to fill in some gap but i guess im just dreamin.

Im pretty sure if lessio didnt get injured he would have been invited to the camp. Is Biggs gonna make team u.s.a. He didnt even get an invite last year. On an injury note, lessio mentioned he had a setback and is due to return late january or beginning of february.

Any word on Smith as long as we are talking injuries?
