Final score: 3-3 (Gens goals: Harding, Manchurek, Latour)

1st period

- Gens score on a tip-in on a delayed penalty at 4:33
- Sam Harding credited with Oshawa goal. Been all Gens so far
- 2-0 Generals on another tip in
- Gens having their way with the IceDogs at this point. 16-7 SOG. 2-0 lead.
- 2 minute warning. 2-0 Gens. Not a lot to cheer about if you are an IceDogs fan so far.
- 2-0 Gens after one. SOG: 17-9 Oshawa

- IceDogs get on the board. Matt Gillard.
- Halfway home 2-1 Gens.

3rd period

- Niagara gets a shot to tie it with an early PP.
- Matt Gillard again! 2-2.
- Mitchell Fitzmorris on the PP with 8:52 to play. 3-2 IceDogs.
- Gens tie it on a PP. Deflection from point. 6:41 to play. 3-3.
- Gens back to the PP with 3:34 to play.
- Last minute to play in regulation 3-3.
- 3-3 final. No OT in pre-season.
