No KISS for Oshawa

I checked the tour dates and it looks like Oshawa doesn't get a KISS concert. It was just too good to be true.

the ruling is that because the arena size and to ensure all the fans get to see kiss.... that the concert will be in toronto and london instead..... but they are planning something for the city of oshawa..... glad i'm not a fan.... i could never support such a person

why have a "fan-lead" tour contest only to do this in the end? oshawa won this contest going away......there must be more to it because if not what a load of crap.

Arena size is irrelevant. They played Casino Rama and that place is no bigger than the GMC.

They basically screwed Oshawa and went back on what they promised. I would have gone to the Oshawa show as well as the Toronto show but I will not pad their pockets after this fiasco. Venue size has nothing to do with it. They have played much smaller venues than the GMC. This is pure greed on their part. Unfortunetly people will still pay big bucks to see them even after they have shown their true colors. Gene Simmons claims to be from a working class family...whatever. BRING ON THE HOCKEY!!!!!!

kiss is comming to oshawa now it's on weds october 7th/09 at the general motors centre.

Simmons blames the media.... love how he seemingly attacks the fans here "Respectfully, the fans aren't qualified to understand how things are done ... (they) don't know how things work," he said. Simmons also said the new album will be premiered in Oshawa, and that other Canadian cities will get a show in a second leg to a tour...

I would guess that this will lead to more speculation about Oshawa getting a second concert... not sure where that came from but i remember hearing it at one point

anyways show will be 2.5 hours so kiss fans will get there moneys worth sounds like

There is nothing listed on Ticketmaster or the GMC website regarding Oshawa KISS tickets.

And I don't think it will ever be listed because the GMC don't use Ticketmaster services anymore,and haven't since Gobel Spectrum took over operations.

actually wasnt this supposed to be a free concert ??? awarded to the city with the most votes. You would think the Kiss machine would provide the fans with something, all the money they make. even though they suck big time..

If anyone was a diehard fan they would of voted and got the password emailed to them

not necessarily alot of the time people don't allow them to send emails to them afterwards

i voted and i hate kiss.... just know others wanted to see it

I got my KISS tickets after 1/2 hr wait
floors row 33.not bad as I tryed again and no floors were avaiable,There won't be any tickets for the people Saturday when they go on sale to the public.Maybe a second show.

I won mine off The Rock on Monday!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i bet u there will be steamed.... i sincerely doubt they put all tickets on sale for presale

If they haven't they put a good portion of tickets as most pre-sales are located in one spot but talking to people that had the chance to get though and purchase tickets were all over the place,
I guess we will have to wait till Saturday 10 am when they go on sale to the public if any are avaiable.
But all's I know I got mine.
