Oshawa General Billets
I have the outmost respective for the teams billets. Do billets have to serve a certain menu, or do the players truly become a member of the family and eat whatever is served. I know several players from various teams who 10+ years later still visit his second family. I assume there is some type of confidential agreement but if it is possible to discuss generically that would be cool. What are the pros? Are there any cons?

Re: Oshawa General Billets
Depends how seriously the player is about hockey. Most of the ones that take it seriously are on a low carb high protein diet. So lots of chicken and red meat. By chicken I don't mean chicken fingers. Just like any athlete they take it seriously all of it...diet, training etc. In most cases the parents will help out and pitch in by bring food when they come etc. Most billets are great, awesome families. Like anything in this world there are the bad apples.
