Suspension announced from Petes game

Matt Peumple received an 8 game suspension from his hit on Sun vs the GENS

Some at the game didn't think it was that bad - I did - check on the hit for yourself - www.ontariohockeyleague.com

I thought it was a bad hit and figured he would at least get 10 games....but wait, he isn't a General

8 is enough.

The thing about the hit that bothered me was how much he charged in. I didn't see a blatant head shot cheap shot at all, but I did see a ridiculous charge. Urvira returned to the game, which is the good news in all of this.

If you could watch the hit in slow motion you would also see the elbow come up
