Is no longer listed on the generals website and on the Ontario hockey league site is listed as no longer on the team. Either he left or there's been a trade...........

Sounds like a trade to me!

If you go to the OHL site, statistics, they put a red dot with an 'X" to denote players no longer with the team. Tyler has one beside his name as does Evan Buehler, who never actually was a bonafide roster player, just an emergency call-up!

There's 'chit-chat' on the NOOF that his absence may be due to his concussion...that he may no longer be playing this year. Hope not! Also mentioned there was a death in the family over the holidays. This may all tie together.

Then his twin brother Matt wouldn't be playing as he is in the same family,it may because of his concussion,I don't think he was traded.

From Twitter@shawn cayley, For those Gens fans wondering about Tyler Hore, he hasnt been traded, he hasnt been realesed.He is almost healthy and should be playing next week.

That makes Tyler's twitter (tweet) strange and the fact that he has been removed from the roster equally strange.Those OHL stats don't usually get there unless the player as been cut or traded. However, I believe Shawn Cayley.

I think he will be traded. My guess is Wil Petschenig has proven himself to take his spot. Tyler is a good dman but Petschenig is much tougher and gives the same on the depth chart....Just a thought, we will see.

Would not trade either d'man. D that are developping nicely are too hard to find. Next year they would have Brown, Hore, Petschenig & Carlisle with the potential of Suellentrop as an OA. This could be the foundation of a pretty good defence. Add in any 95's or 96's that develop and whatever we get in the upcoming draft and we could be loaded at D.

The post your read on Twitter was meaning it was about Thursday the day of their grandfathers funeral. The family lost the granddad on Christmas Evening.

I was just on twitter and this might mean nothing but his picture tag of his has changed from a pic of him in a Gen's jersey to a picture of him and his girlfriend.

I'm not buying what was said on twitter (sorry Shawn!), I find it hard to believe he was "accidentally" deleted from the Generals website and "accidentally" listed as no longer with the team on the OHL site.

I'd like to think that's the truth but.....something seems fishy to me..........

Also of note is that the OHL has a roster size limit the Gens were over it for sure having 10 players sitting. OHL website no longer has an X listed next to him on the stat sheet, however he is still not listed on the roster.

And now Tyler Hore is back on the Gen's team list on the site
