I was really confused about how Taylor was able to come back to the Generals. The rule is that after a trade a team can not regain a player for at least 13 months, thus keeping teams from swapping/loaning players.

Anyways I was curious figured I'd post the answer, none of the other teams wanted him. The rule doesn't apply to free agents and since no one else wanted him thats what he became.

I have never been a big Taylor fan and lost no sleep when he was moved to the Bulls, but in all fairness, I like the energy, if not the talent, he brings each night. Keep it up, Tyler!
