Re: Starting Roster
not sure about carrying 8 dmen and only 13 forwards, if they carry 8 d they probably will car 14 forwards this season
Other then that I dislike Sabourin but the rest of it is pretty good.

Re: Starting Roster
Generally (sic), I like what you have posted. I think the Gens have been playing Dal Colle with Cassels in the exhibition games so he and Lloyd might change places (putting a rookie on the 2nd line might be a challenge). As much as I like Hughes, he is a last year player who has not progressed greatly the last three years. He hustles but I'd rather see another rookie in his place on the 4th line...maybe Hore although I don't know much about him. By the by, does anyone have any info on the Hore boys...where they played last year, age, size etc.

Re: Starting Roster
I would probably get rid of Hughes and add M. Hore. Brian is 19 and surely won't be up for an OA position next year. I think I'd rather develop a younger kid in his place.
I'd probably get rid of Hamilton and keep T. Hore. No point in having 2 kids sit in the stands night after night. Hore is a big kid who has played well in the two games I've seen.

Re: Starting Roster
I question came to me after reading an article in the paper, if the Gens carry 4 OA's to start the season when do they burn a card?
Do they burn a card simply by having the 4th player on the roster, or when he plays a game, or multiple games?
I don't understand keeping 4 OA's to start the season if it burns a card since we can only play 3 OA's plus come cutdown day you pretty much have to keep Thomas's rights, meaning one has to go soon anyways.
